Vital Move is a fitness and wellness company located in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario that offers exercise training & prescription, health & wellness education, and rehabilitation.
Our mission is to educate and emphasize the importance of prioritizing movement in our daily routines for purposes that are vital to overall wellness.
Our vision is to empower as many people as possible to live healthier lifestyles by building strength, resilience, and self-confidence.
Erin Mezzomo, R. Kin, OTA/PTA
Vital Move Owner/Founder
Erin is a registered kinesiologist and health educator with more than 12 years of experience in health, fitness, rehabilitation, and wellness.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a specialty in Human Performance from Lake Superior State University, and an Occupational & Physiotherapy Assistant Diploma from Sault College.
Erin is currently providing kinesiology services at Integro Physiotherapy.
Erin was the recipient of the 2024 Strive YPG AVA Lifestyle and Wellness Industry Award.
